Refund Policy

Skillbulb package and subscription refunds are reviewed based on delivery status, usage, and support history.

Refund eligibility

  • - Refund requests are reviewed based on delivery status, account usage, support history, and whether the purchased package was delivered as described.
  • - If you believe a charge is incorrect or a purchased package has not been delivered as described, contact Skillbulb within 14 days of purchase.

Trials and subscriptions

  • - Trial rules and renewal timing depend on the plan selected at checkout.
  • - Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund already delivered service periods.

Digital product and service policy

  • - Generated workspaces, AI-created assets, company blueprints, operating cycles, consulting time, and custom setup services may be non-refundable once delivered or materially used.
  • - Setup fees, domain or third-party provider charges, usage-based costs, and completed custom work may be non-refundable unless required by law.

How to request a refund

  • - Email your account email, transaction date, plan or package, and reason for the request to founder@skillbulb.com.
  • - Refund reviews are normally processed within 5 to 10 business days after Skillbulb has the details needed to investigate.
