These terms explain the baseline rules for using Skillbulb.

Use of Skillbulb

  • - Skillbulb provides AI-assisted company creation, generated websites, dashboards, automations, workflow tools, and business operating systems.
  • - You must use the platform lawfully and may not abuse, scrape, attack, resell, overload, or bypass access controls.

Account responsibilities

  • - You are responsible for your account, workspace users, company content, connected tools, generated assets, and any activity under your login.
  • - You must keep credentials secure and notify Skillbulb if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and payment terms

  • - Paid plans, packages, subscriptions, invoices, and renewals are processed through Stripe or another configured payment provider.
  • - You are responsible for maintaining valid billing information and cancelling before renewal if you do not want future charges.
  • - Usage limits, AI credits, storage, team seats, and generated company limits may depend on your plan.

AI-generated content disclaimer

  • - Skillbulb can help generate company ideas, copy, workflows, SEO content, outreach, dashboards, policies, and operational plans.
  • - AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for regulated use. You must review output before publishing, sending, relying on, or executing it.
  • - Skillbulb does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, investment, or regulated professional advice.

No guaranteed income

  • - Skillbulb helps build and operate company systems, but does not guarantee customers, revenue, profit, funding, search rankings, ad performance, or business success.
  • - Your results depend on offer quality, market conditions, compliance, execution, budget, and many factors outside Skillbulb's control.

Intellectual property and user content

  • - You retain rights to your submitted content. You grant Skillbulb the rights needed to operate, secure, host, process, and improve the service.
  • - Skillbulb owns the platform, software, templates, workflows, UI, documentation, and underlying product systems unless otherwise agreed.

Termination and limits

  • - Skillbulb may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, non-payment, security risk, illegal activity, or violation of these terms.
  • - To the fullest extent allowed by law, Skillbulb is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
